Bonderite C-IC Zinctone (378337) is a clear, red liquid formulated
to remove light oxide films and brighten zinc and zinc alloy parts,
such as carburettors fuel pumps and die-cast by immersion
methods.
The product dramatically brightens brass and copper alloys.
Bonderite C-IC Zinctone (378337) restores the original lustre to
zinc alloys, and is frequently used on zinc components that
require visible and fluorescent penetrant inspection prior to re-
assembly and for penetrant inspection of raw zinc die castings
prior to machining.
Bonderite C-IC WO 1 (378415) is a clear colourless liquid acid
cleaner and deoxidiser designed tor use on aluminium and
aluminium alloys by dip spray and hand wipe methods.
Bonderite C-SO 4460 (378341) is a water-white liquid formulated to
replace methyl ethyl ketone and similar type solvents that are
environmentally unacceptable due to their high composite vapour
pressures.
Bonderite C-SO 4460 (378341) is ideal for hand-wipe cleaning of
metal surfaces prior to painting, bonding and for cleaning bearings,
instruments and electronic components.
Bonderite M-MN 112 (1234915) can be run at a lower temperature
range if Accelerator 131 is used in the bath operation. Bonderite
M-MN 112 (1234915) is formulated to produce non-metallic, oil-
absorptive coatings on iron and steel bearing surfaces. These
corrosion-resistant coatings consist chiefly of iron and manganese
phosphates, and reduce wear on such articles as pistons, rings,
liners, camshafts, tappets, motor blocks and similar bearing
surfaces.
Bonderite M-PT 99 (168829) post treatment chemical is a patented,
chromium free post treatment especially formulated for use over
conversion coatings. The post treatment is free of volatile organic
components and increases the corrosion resistance of painted
metal surfaces.
Bonderite M-PT 99 (168829) is a reactive, resin based post
treatment chemical, containing no heavy metals. Its corrosion
resistance performance is equal to that of chromium containing
post treatments. The treatment solution may be applied by spray
application or by immersion application under ambient conditions
and is followed by a deionised water rinse.
Bonderite M-FE F330-L (169830) is a combined spray or
immersion detergent and iron phosphating product for use on mild
steel, unpassivated zinc coated steel and aluminium prior to
painting.
Novaphos F 75 is an iron phosphatiser for soak, steam and spray
applications for mild steel, zinc and aluminium. It is formulated for
use at 60-65°C.
Bonderite C-IC 5600 (169835) is a non-chromated liquid desmutter
and deoxidiser especially recommended for use in areas where
chromated materials cannot be used because of sewage disposal
limitations.
Bonderite C-IC 5600 (169835) gives rapid desmutting and
deoxidising on all wrought and extruded aluminium alloys.
Bonderite C-IC 624 (169370)
Bonderite C-IC 624 (169370) is a phosphoric acid and solvent type
metal cleaner and conditioner designed for manual application,
which removes rust, destroys rusting agents and leaves the metal
surface chemically clean and ready for painting.
COLORMAX 9000L is a new generation electrolytic colour bath,
liquid concentrate. COLORMAX 9000L, with its unique and high
quality ingredients, provides excellent throwing power and optimum
colour uniformity. COLORMAX 9000L provides rich, deep colors, in
shorter time than normally obtained from conventional coloring
baths. COLORMAX 9000L is designed to be used with stainless
steel or graphite counter electrode systems. Aluminum is first
anodized in a controlled sulphuric acid electrolyte, under proper
conditions. Consequently the anodized aluminum is treated in a
COLORMAX 9000L bath using an AC power source to achieve a
wide spectrum of colours ranging from champagne to black in
minimum coloring time.
Bonderite C-SO Carbolene (168586) is a two-phase solvent
product. The lower active phase contains a powerful solvent
activated with special additives to promote rapid removal of carbon
deposits and paint films. The upper aqueous phase contains
corrosion inhibitors and also prevents evaporation and loss of
efficiency of the solvent phase.
Bonderite C-IC 33 (169315) is an acidic metal cleaner and
conditioner expressly compounded for aluminium. Prepares
aluminium and its alloys for painting or welding. Bonderite C-IC 33
(169315) removes light deposits of oil and grease, mill markings
and corrosion products, as well as natural oxide.
Neutralises corrosion inducing materials such as welding or brazing
fluxes and perspiration residues.
Effectively removes corrosion products or stains, resulting from
weathering, leaves the aluminium surface receptive for additional
protection afforded by Alodine 1OOOL or 1200L or clear lacquers
or waxes. Maximum protection of aluminium is afforded through the
use of Alumlprep 33 (to clean and brighten), treatment with Alodlne
No.1000L or 1200L (for corrosion resistance) and the application of
clear lacquer or wax.
Bonderite M-NT 5200 MU treatment is a chromium free product
and specifically formulated for treating aluminium and its alloys.
Spray or immersion application may be used. The process
provides an excellent base for organic finishes.
Bonderite M-CR 1132 Aero (38866) no-rinse conversion coating
effectively phosphates most metals including aluminum, ferrous
and galvanized substrates. Doesnt require rinsing, and can be air
dried or force dried with hot air or an infra-red lamp. High density
acrylic tip of the applicator can be modified with a single edge razor
blade to form any shape. The application method controls the
amount of coating applied to the surface.
Bonderite 600 M-CR Aero RTU (1939170) is a powdered chemical
used in an aqueous solution to produce on aluminium or aluminium
alloys a protective coating which ranges in colour from light,
iridescent golden to tan. The coating produced provides
excellent protection for unpainted aluminium and bonds paint well.
It is particularly recommended where a low dielectric resistance
coating is desired. Bonderite 600 M-CR Aero RTU (1939170),
being listed on the Qualified Product List QPL-81706, is an
approved material to be used by Method B (brush processing) to
produce Class 3 coatings, bare or painted, in accordance with
Military Specification MIL-C-5541E.
It is applied using an acid-resistant brush, a swab, a synthetic
sponge, or portable spray equipment, e.g., a paint spray gun or
insect sprayer. The brush method of application is used when:
1. The number of pieces processed per day is not large, or
2. The parts to be treated are too large to be immersed
conveniently in a tank, or
3. Touching up abraded or damaged areas on work which had been
previously coated with Alodine.
Lanolin based fatty soap emulsion with extreme pressure additives,
specifically designed to be compatible with subsequent
electrophoretic paint systems.
Bonderite L-FM 2166 (169879) is a highly chlorinated heavy duty
drawing lubricant with emulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors.
Bonderite C-SO SS2 Aero (380297) is a blend of petroleum
hydrocarbons so formulated to meet the basic requirements US
Military specification MIL-PRF-680 Type II (Military Symbol S02). It
has a narrow boiling range, is low in aromatics and has a flash
point of 63
o
C.
Bonderite C-IC Metal Glo 6 Aero (378359) is a viscous liquid
material used for the removal of oxides and corrosion from aircraft
and aluminium surfaces. Bonderite C-IC Metal Glo 6 Aero (378359)
removes corrosion residues, oxides, light carbon and other light
soils. It is non-streaking and non-corrosive to aluminium surfaces,
when used according to directions
Bonderite C-AK 5948 DPM (381643) is an alkaline, water base,
blue concentrated compound formulated to effectively clean painted
and unpainted aircraft exterior and interior surfaces when diluted
with water.
Bonderite C-AK 5948 DPM (381643) is ideally suited for use on all
models of jet aircraft.
Bonderite C-AK 5948 DPM (381643)is also designed to be used in
immersion tanks, for dip applications.
Bonderite C-AK 5948 Aero (378343) is an alkaline, water-base,
concentrated compound formulated to effectively clean painted and
unpainted aircraft exterior surfaces when diluted with water or
solvents. Effectively removes dirt, petroleum and synthetic oil film,
grease from aircraft surfaces, landing gear, wheel wells, flaps, etc.
Bonderite C-MC 5884 (378404) is a concentrated liquid cleaner
which is effective in the removal of oil, salt and solid deposits from
compressor blades, guide vanes and rotors of in-service jet
engines. Periodic cleaning of these components is necessary to
avoid power loss, abnormal temperature increases and increased
fuel consumption.
Bonderite C-MC HDF21 (1234947) is excellent for wiping down or
spraying machinery and heavy equipment. It readily removes
heavy oils, greases, carbonaceous soils and is ideal for general
purpose industrial maintenance cleaning operations.
Bonderite C-AD CA (170087) detergent additive is a formulated
blend of non-ionic and anionic surface active agents. When added
to alkaline or neutral cleaning solutions, Synergic CA greatly
enhances the cleaning performance and life of the cleaner.
Bonderite C-AK Sprayeze R (377370) is an off-white powder
formulated to remove drawing lubes, lube oil, marking inks and
shop soils from ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
Bonderite C-AK Sprayeze R (377370) is ideal for cleaning parts
prior to phosphating since it helps eliminate alkaline carry-over and
does not contain free caustic. Special additives are incorporated in
Bonderite C-AK Sprayeze R (377370) that suppress dusting and
hard caking tendencies, thus insuring Bonderite C-AK Sprayeze R
(377370) remains free flowing under most severe conditions.
Bonderite C-IC 425 (169471) is a liquid, acidic heavy duty
immersion cleaner for aluminium substrates. The cleaning bath
made from Ridoline 425 is slightly etching and free rinsing. It
effectively removes drawing lubricants and compounds and tends
to maintain the original bright surface.
Bonderite C-AK Plaudit (337694) is a non-hazardous water based
compound formulated as a safe general purpose cleaner for use on
all surfaces. The product removes shop soils, oils, greases, road
grime and lube oils from transportation, construction and drilling
equipment, concrete floors, metal components, engine rooms and
bilges.
Bonderite M-AC Z (169449) is especially formulated to prepare
iron, steel, aluminium, zinc and zinc-alloy surfaces for subsequent
crystalline phosphate coating applications.
Bonderite C-AK 3326G (1359833)is designed to prepare ferrous
articles to receive uniform, phosphate coatings. Applied by spray,
this medium to heavy duty alkaline material is usually
recommended for difficult cleaning jobs, particularly C.K.D. panels
with aged protective oils and waxes.
Bonderite C-AD 1523S (212974) is a multi package, low
temperature, liquid cleaner formulated to prepare ferrous, zinc and
aluminium surfaces to receive uniform, dense, crystalline
conversion coatings. The medium to heavy-duty cleaning solution
is designed specifically for use in the automotive industry. The
treatment solution may be applied by spray or immersion and is
very effective in removing metal working fluids and soils.
Bonderite C-AD Antifoam (169433)is a liquid defoaming agent,
formulated for use in Parco Cleaner, Novaclean, Ridoline cleaner,
or Bonderite, Duridine, Novaphos clean and phosphate
pretreatment baths.
Bonderite C-AD Antifoam (169433) effectively reduces the level of
foam on the surface of freshly made-up baths or of baths operating
at temperatures lower than their optimum.
Bonderite C-AD Antifoam (169433) suppresses the foaming
tendencies for longer periods than does kerosene or other solvents
and does not decrease the effective detergent levels in the bath.

Bonderite C-IC 2110 (1400358) is a specially formulated acid
etch cleaner for aluminium in soak application. It simultaneously
cleans and lightly etches aluminium.
Bonderite C-AK NC4009 (1440278)
Bonderite C-AK NC4009 (1440278) is a high alkalinity liquid metal
cleaner containing a high level of low foaming surfactants.
Bonderite C-AK NC4009 (1440278) is suitable for spray and
immersion cleaning of ferrous metals prior to phosphating, and also
for cleaning and activating galvanised steel and aluminium prior to
phosphating or chromate conversion.
Bonderite S-D Deflocculator 2 (377375) is a powder compound
formulated to degenerate accumulated paint residues in water-
curtain spray booth systems.
Bonderite S-AD S1 (169815)
Bonderite S-AD S1 (169815) is a liquid blend of caustic alkali and
organic solvents. It contains no phenols, cresols or organic acids. It
is much safer to use than similar products containing phenols. It is
supplied in 2 parts: Novastrip S1 and Novastrip Additive.
Bonderite S-WT LCS (1334880) is a liquid caustic soda for effluent
neutralisation.
Bonderite S-WT HCL (170096) is Hydrochloric Acid for effluent
neutralisation.
Bonderite S-WT SA (1334891) is sulphuric acid for effluent
neutralisation

containing compounds for various metal treatment procedures.
From time-to-time, solutions or rinses containing these compounds

treatment process, which will provide environmentally safe waste
water.
Bonderite MPT 54NC (169764) is an acidic, inorganic, liquid
post treatment chemical used in immersion and spray final rinses
to improve paint adhesion and to minimise underfilm corrosion and
blistering. This final rinse counteracts the effect of hard water salts
and leaves the phosphated surface of metals in the best condition
for painting.
Bonderite S-ST Transpo (37839)is a diphase, dark amber liquid
formulated to remove carbon, paints, engine varnish, tar, ethyl
stains, sticky gums and petroleum residue from engine blocks.
Bonderite S-ST Transpo (37839) is also effective for cleaning
transmission parts, differential assemblies, carburettors, fuel
pumps, fuel injectors, gears, valves and tooling, at ambient
temperatures, 18-30°C.
TURCO 6840S is a viscous, light purple liquid formulated to
remove multiple coats of paints, such as baked enamels, lacquers,
varnish, synthetic enamels, Koroflex, polysulphide, zinc chromate
primers, epoxies and polyurethanes.
TURCO 6840S paint remover clings to vertical as well as over-
head surfaces and can be used on aluminium, magnesium,
cadmium-plated steels and other ferrous metals.
Bonderite S-ST 5351 (377809)is a yellow, viscous paint remover
developed to remove epoxy, polyurethane and similar coatings
from metal surfaces at ambient temperatures.
Bonderite S-ST 5351 (377809) clings to vertical and overhead
surfaces and forms a surface film that helps retard evaporation and
extend the working life of the stripper. TURCO 5351 should not be
used on materials that are affected by chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Bonderite S-ST 5351 Thin (378409) is an amber, diphase liquid
developed to remove epoxy, polyurethane and other catalysed
finishes from ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. The product
contains no free acidic or alkaline constituents and is approved
for use on Aluminium, Magnesium and high strength steels.
Bonderite S-ST 5351 Thin (378409) should not be used on
materials that are affected by chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Turco 5668 (378381) is a diphase, liquid paint remover developed
without phenols, chromate and chlorinated solvents or acids to
remove resistant coatings, such as polyurethanes, acrylics, epoxies
and chromated primers.
Turco 5668 (378381) is ideal for the removal of PRC-1560MC and
PRC-1560M coatings and is not detrimental to aircraft metals, such
as aluminium, titanium, magnesium, cadmium, conversion
coatings, Dow coatings and ferrous alloys.
Turco 5668 (378381)is supplied with a built-in non-aqueous
chemical seal which retards evaporation and helps minimise drag
out losses.
